  • Cable sets & accessories:

    • 50′ welding cable set, 1/0, twist connectors (033020-50), loose in compartment

    • 25′ battery boost cables, 2 GA with quick-connect ends (MA269938)

    • Two fixed large J-hooks in curb-side rear compartment (for jumper cables)

  • Hose management: Reelcraft 5650OLP (50′ × 3/8″) mounted on lower rear shelf of superstructure (curb side); shelf modified; Diamond to plumb air

Storage, Drawers & Shelving

  • Roll-out drawers (ball-bearing, 250 lb, dual spring catches):

    • Front 34″ compartments (both sides): per-side set of drawers in mixed heights (3″, 4″, 5″, 6″)

    • Front 24″ compartments (both sides): per-side set of drawers (3×3″, 1×4″, 1×6″)

  • Additional shelving: One adjustable shelf in street-side rear compartment (with dividers)

  • Welding bottle storage: Short A-cetylene & O-xygen bottle brackets on compartment partition; reinforce floor with 12 ga diamond plate; one J-hook for hoses on rear end panel

  • Spray-can baskets (superstructure inner doors): Three baskets per door (formed 16 ga; 6″ tall)

  • Cargo netting (superstructure shelves): Four custom nets (two each side)

  • Roller top: Three-piece (one stationary, two rolling)

Access & Tie-Down

  • Curb-side hose-reel access door: 10″×10″ T-handle in tapered panel

  • E-Track: Two rows each side of cargo area (top of wrapper & 4″ off floor), painted black

  • Ladder management: “A-frame” ladder hooks at curb-side rear of superstructure (above compartment); D-rings supplied; customer supplies straps

Platform, Bulkhead & Liner

  • Rear work platform: 16″ deep with 2″ clamping surface, thru-compartment with drop-down doors on each side; 1/4″ wrap & top plate

  • Removable bulkhead + desk work surface:

    • 27″ tall × 49″ wide, 2″ square-tube frame with expanded metal (protects Air N Arc)

    • Work surface 18″ × 48″, height 36″ off floor; smooth top with 4″ backsplash

    • Mounting location TBD (see drawing)

  • Spray-on liner: Cargo walls, bulkhead, floor, and platform top deck

Towing & Under-Rear
