Body, Finish & Structure

• Diamond service body with 16″-deep compartments and 49″ bed width; standard open‑top lids.
• Painted to match chassis; stainless lock pockets; chromed T‑handle 3‑point locks; all doors keyed alike.
• Spray‑in protective coating (Bullet Liner) applied to bed interior, bumper, and compartment tops.
• Cab guard (headache rack) with removable expanded‑metal center, coated in Bullet Liner.
• Rear step bumper with recessed LED lighting; mounted ~1/4″ from body; coated in Bullet Liner.
• Class V receiver hitch with swing D‑rings and pintle/ball combo.
• 7‑way trailer connector (Cole Hersee 12063).
• DTB weight certificate to be provided.

Storage & Organization

• Curbside—Front Compartment: Nine (9) heavy‑duty drawers — six 2.5″ and three 5″.
• Curbside—High Compartment: Two drawers — one 2″ and one 4″ with removable dividers, mounted as high as possible.
• Streetside—Front Compartment: Three (3) adjustable shelves.
• Streetside—High Compartment: One (1) drawer, 2″, mounted high.

Air System & Hose Reels

• VMAC VR40 underhood air compressor, hard‑line plumbed to hose reels and tank.
• Curbside—Rear Compartment: Two (2) air hose reels:
  • 1/2″ × 50′ reel with standard “F” quick connect.
  • 3/8″ × 50′ reel with standard “G” quick connect.
• Adjustable air‑pressure regulator; both hoses exit rear compartment via fairleads.

Electrical Power & Controls

• Pure‑sine inverter, 3,500 W with two (2) 12‑V AGM deep‑cycle batteries.
• Three (3) GFCI outlets (final locations TBD).
• Inverter controlled via upfitter switch (battery‑hot feed).
• Compartment lighting: LED strip in each compartment with master switch & indicator; local control via Cole Hersee M‑606 switches.

Lighting, Work Lights & Camera

• Whelen DOT‑compliant LED package:
  • Front: (2) IONWA (black housings), mounted high in grille.
  • Rear: (2) IONSMWA white lights on end panels (~33″ from ground).
  • Sides: (4) IONSMWA white surface‑mount lights centered above each wheel opening.
  • Cab Guard: Whelen 2200‑series, 8‑lamp, front‑load light bar mounted to cab guard.
• Work lights: (2) LED work lamps, one per side of cab guard.
• Golight 20074GT LED, mounted curbside on cab guard; wireless dash mount and handheld wireless controller supplied loose.
• OEM (dealer‑supplied) camera installed into bumper kick plate.

Fuel & Fluids

• 40‑gallon diesel transfer tank with electric fuel pump; pump mounted curbside at bulkhead.

Shop Hardware & Accessories

• 8″ channel‑style bench vise, mounted on curbside vise‑bracket platform.
• Master Lock (model/type TBD).
• Two (2) 12‑V jump‑start battery slave posts (Associated Equipment 6139 or approved equivalent).
