Tanker Body – 370 – Specs:

• Substructure: one-piece continuous torsion-box frame
• Integral full compartment length drip rail
• continuous black closed cell neoprene, D-shaped open center door gasket with adhesive back installed in the compartment door channel. A small gasket also be attached to the inside of the door for double seal. A sectional door gasket, foam.
• Deck is 1/8” diamond plate steel. The deck will have a 2” bend along both inner sidewalls

• Passenger’s Side Compartment Configuration:
  (1) One forward vertical compartment, with vertical hinge toward front of body – 34”W x 34”H
  (1) One horizontal compartment over wheel well, horizontal hinge, drop-down door – 62”W x 16”H
  (1) One lower rear compartment, vertical hinge – 20”W x 16”H
  Driver’s Side Compartment Configuration:
  (1) One forward vertical compartment, with vertical hinge toward front of body – 34”W x 34”H
  (1) One horizontal compartment over wheel well, horizontal hinge, drop-down door – 62”W x 16”H
  (1) One lower rear compartment, vertical hinge – 20”W x 16”H
• All doors are double panel lap type. The outer panel shall be 18 gauge. The inner panel shall be 20 gauge A-40 galvanneal steel.
• Each vertically-hinged door will have an over-center spring door check to maintain the door at a 90° angle to the body when open
• Each horizontally-hinged door will have a heavy-duty chain encased in an anti-rattle sheath.
• COMPARTMENT INTERIORS
  The body shall have the following shelving:
  -Two (2) adjustable shelves in each vertical compartment
  -No shelving in either horizontal compartment or lower rear compartment
  – compartment rubber floor mats
• COMPARTMENT LIGHTS
  LED strip lighting shall  installed in each exterior compartment. Full length LED strip The strip lighting shall
  be positively attached to the inside of the compartment. No adhesive tape shall be used to mount the lights of mounting clips.
• BODY PROTECTION PANELS
  The outboard lower front portion of the body shall be overlaid with a minimum 1/8 inch thick polished aluminum
  tread plate protection panel covering approximately 14” W X 16” H each side. The panels shall be securely riveted, with no gaps to trap rocks and/or debris.
• TAILGATE & BUMPER There shall be a 12”H fold down rear tailgate sized to the full width of the bed opening.
• NON-SKID COATING Bullet *
  The top exterior surface of the body, entire bed area, and interior surface of the tailgate shall have a
  protective/non-skid coating applied, black in color
• LIGHTBAR BRACKET
  Custom bulkhead mounted light bar bracket. Include expanded metal to the area below the lightbar mount to protect the back window of the vehicle.
